Little to No Equipment Needed

What is at the core? Your heart is your most important muscle. Without it you will die. You can not say that about any other muscle in the body. But because we walk upright, the muscles that connect the ribs and spine to the pelvis are vital to our mobility and health. Without good conditioning in these muscles you will not move through your space well. Moving well is vital in the outdoors. Progress along through these Core Training Levels and you will build a “bulletproof” core. I have developed this program over 35 years by applying the techniques, exercises, and sequences to athletes of all disciplines. There are no half measures here. This program has developed professional athletes, strength athletes, college athletes, bodybuilders, and most importantly for you, it has developed resilient outdoor sportsmen.

Equipment Needed:
There is no special equipment needed for the beginner level, but a bench can be a useful tool rather than performing the exercise on the floor. The Intermediate and Advanced levels will require a kettlebell and either a pullup bar or specialty machine sometimes called a “Roman Chair”.
Modifications:
Modifications and specific instructions will accompany each level. Specific video instruction accompanies each level and each exercise has a link to video instruction. There is no need for guesswork here.
