Don’t skip leg day! The hallmark of human movement rolls through the legs. Without healthy legs you lose most of your mobility. You can not say that about any other muscle in the body. Humans walk, and for that mobility we need healthy legs. Without good conditioning in these muscles you will not move through your space well. Moving well is vital in the outdoors. These Leg Training Levels will give you unique and effective combinations that utilize common gym tools. I have developed these combinations over 35 years by applying the techniques, exercises, and sequences to athletes of all disciplines. There are no half measures here. This program has developed professional athletes, strength athletes, college athletes, bodybuilders, and most importantly for you.





Equipment Needed:
For the beginner levels, you should have access to a set of dumbbells, a sturdy bench, a leg press, a leg extension machine, and a leg curl machine. Intermediate levels will require additional equipment beyond the beginner levels. Advanced level workouts will require a full selection of gym equipment.
Modifications:
Modifications or alternative exercises and specific instructions will accompany each workout level. Specific video instruction accompanies each level and each exercise has a link to video instruction. There is no need for guesswork here.
