You can complete this course in as little as 18 weeks or you can expand the course to a full 36 weeks. US National Park System you have to get out of your car and off the road and on to the remote dirt trails. There is true wonder out there. Short walks and
decent overlooks can be experienced by many people, but with the slot canyons of Zion, the back trails of Glacier, or an assault on the peaks of the Grand Tetons, access to the real rare beauty will require some serious upgrades to your physical fitness. This is the package for you. This course can take you from frumpy to fantastic and can ready you for a summer of extreme back-country hiking adventure. The course is a minimum of 18 weeks in duration, and can be expanded to 36 weeks if you need to progress at a more cautious pace.
