With a some simple mobility movements we can protect the pliability of our connective tissue, the health of our muscle, and the range of motion of our joints. Moving well is vital in the outdoors. Healthy joints with good mobility will help you move better everywhere. These General Mobility Combinations will give you unique and effective combinations without the need for complex tools or difficult movements.

Equipment Needed:
For the beginner levels, you should have access to a set of small dumbbells, a sturdy bench, a yoga mat will add comfort, and a light resistance exercise band (rubber band). Intermediate levels may require additional equipment beyond the beginner levels. Advanced level workouts will require a full selection of gym equipment.
Modifications:
These mobility exercises will need to be done specifically and carefully. The levels will start with very limited range of motion and very limited resistance. There should be no need for modification. If you are not able to do the movement as shown or close to as shown do not do the movement. Do not do the movement if you have pain. Do not do the movement to excessive discomfort. Specific video instruction accompanies each level and each exercise has a link to video instruction. There is no need for guesswork here.
